Each of these techniques is adapted to the individual needs and capabilities of the patient, with the aim of reducing pain, improving mobility and restoring functionality. Our expert team ensures top quality service and a holistic approach to rehabilitation to achieve the best results.
- Kinesitherapy – It takes place in fully equipped gyms. Kinesiotherapy can be individual, individualized and group, depending on the indication and prescription of the doctor specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation, as well as the patient’s capabilities.
- PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) – a technique in which the therapist uses specific three-dimensional movements on the painful side to achieve a movement in the patient that is blocked, manifested by a loss of neurological function. It is used for neuromuscular nerve lesions, after surgery on the arm or leg, and sports injuries.
- McKenzie treatment – a diagnostic and therapeutic technique used for mechanically caused disorders of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. It is a combination of individual manual treatment and active patient participation.
- Bobath treatment – a problem-solving therapeutic approach through the assessment and treatment of individuals with impaired function, movement, and postural control due to lesions of the nervous system. It is based on preventing abnormal activities and relearning normal movement, through guidance through key points.
- Neurodevelopmental kinesitherapy for children with cerebral and other impairments and corrective gymnastics for postural developmental deviations (according to the NRT Bobath and Vojta course).
- The Mulligan method – a manual technique that, by combining passive mobilization and active movement, increases the range of motion and reduces pain in a certain segment.
- The Maitland method – a manual form of physical therapy with a specific approach in the area of movement analysis and its dysfunction, and assessment of the extent and effect of any limitations that may affect the patient’s daily activities.
- Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) – a comprehensive strategy to achieve ideal motor response as defined by developmental kinesiology. It is used for a range of musculoskeletal problems, as well as in injury prevention for athletes and recreational athletes.
- Myofascial relaxation – a safe and effective technique that includes gentle stretching with light pressure on the site of myofascial connective tissue restriction with the aim of eliminating pain and restoring function.
- EMMETT technique – a unique form of body therapy that involves applying light pressure with the fingers to specific points on the body. This pressure is registered by the patient’s nervous system as stimulation, to which the brain responds by sending new instructions to the periphery that will immediately positively affect the condition of the affected part of the body.
- Bowen therapy – involves precise, gentle manipulations of soft tissue that provide a piezoelectric effect on the sheaths of muscles, tendons, and internal organs. The brain responds to this stimulation by relaxing the surrounding muscles, resulting in better mobility and faster and better regeneration processes.
- Postisometric muscle relaxation (PIR) – a preparatory technique for mobilizations and manipulations based on a weak isometric contraction of a shortened muscle with the application of resistance by a physiotherapist. The technique results in the elongation of painful and tense muscles.
- Kinesio taping – a technique of applying a special tape that is glued directly to the skin for the purpose of prolonged physiotherapeutic effect. It is popular with athletes, but is also used by non-athletes with various pain syndromes. It affects relaxation/stimulation of muscle activity, pain reduction, improved circulation, improved proprioception, reduced swelling, correction of ligament function – joint stabilization and fascia correction.
- Trigger point treatment – trigger points are sensitive and painful areas in the muscle, tendon, ligament, skin and joint capsule that cause pain and painful conditions. Treating trigger points stops the pain and alleviates the symptoms of painful conditions.
- Dry needling – a therapeutic procedure in which needles are used to relax painful and tense muscles. The result is a deep relaxation of the tissues, which affects the improvement of mobility, function and reduction of pain, most often caused by the so-called myofascial pain syndrome or trigger points.
- Medical flossing – therapy with special rubber bands that we apply to inflamed and painful joints, which instantly reduces pain within the joint and increases the range of motion in the joint.
- Kaltenborn approach – this approach is based on specific examination and therapy of joints, muscles and peripheral nerves. This results in increasing the range of motion, reducing pain, improving circulation, improving the function of the affected segment, making movements easier, reducing nerve irritation and increasing nerve mobility.
- MSTR scar treatment – this is a gentle, natural and extremely effective method that focuses exclusively on scar tissue and affects the collagen fibers in the skin, reducing problems associated with scars.
- Schroth therapy – The Schroth method is a three-dimensional therapy for the treatment of scoliosis and other spinal curvature disorders. Individual exercises and corrective breathing techniques are used to correct spinal irregularities.
- Yumeiho – manual therapy that restores the body’s symmetry and achieves proper posture. It alleviates and eliminates pain in the back, neck and other parts of the body, and is used for relaxation, prevention of musculoskeletal diseases and therapeutic treatment. The main goal is to correct the position of the pelvic region and place the spine and other joints in the correct position.
- Shiatsu – an ancient method of work that has been proven to have extremely positive effects in treating numerous symptoms, such as stress and tension, chronic fatigue, lack of energy, and other similar ailments.

Spinal decompression therapy uses sophisticated technology that gently stretches the spine, reduces pressure on the discs and enables a natural healing process
Decompression therapy of the spine (DTK) – traction is a non-surgical procedure for resolving pain in the lower back, neck, arms and legs caused by irritation of the spinal roots. DTK uses computer technology and sophisticated equipment that gently stretches the spine, reduces pressure on the discs and joints of the spine, and enables a natural healing process.
Biofeedback, EMG-biofeedback combined with isometric exercises within kinesitherapy is a treatment that significantly accelerates the process of increasing muscle strength and movement control. It achieves significant results in the treatment of peripheral neurogenic lesions for the purpose of relaxation of contracted muscles, but also by establishing voluntary control over partially seized muscles.
Sigma interactive platform for practicing and strengthening proprioceptors – proprioceptors are sensors located in joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and sensitive to changes in pressure and tension. Thanks to them, we become aware of our position in space.
Kinetek-apparatus for passive joint stretching is used for reduced range of motion of the joints, most often postoperatively when it is extremely important to gradually increase the range of motion of the joint (elbow, knee).
Shock wave is a non-invasive therapeutic method used in physical medicine in the treatment of many chronic and acute complaints such as pain in the shoulder, back, heels and elbows. The action is based on high-intensity acoustic waves that penetrate within the treated area, which reduces pain, inflammation, breaks calcifications and improves blood circulation and healing of injuries.
PABLO is a robotic multifunctional device with built-in sensors that monitor the strength of the hand and the range of motion of the wrist, elbow and shoulder. According to these parameters, the difficulty of training is adjusted.
