Daruvar Spa offers a variety of sports and recreation facilities.
Swimming pools
The pools of Daruvar Spa are filled directly from thermal springs with healing thermal water, which has exceptional benefits in health tourism and recreation.
In addition to the therapeutic pool, the Daruvar Spa complex also includes two outdoor and one indoor recreational pool with medicinal thermal water, temperatures between 28 and 35 °C, and hydromassage.
Fitness center
The modernly decorated fitness area (over 400 m2) is equipped with modern equipment – from a complete cardio program that includes treadmills, bicycles, elliptical trainers, steppers and rowing machines, to isotonic machines, benches and heavy weights.
Within the fitness center, we conduct Power Plate vibration training under the professional guidance of a kinesiologist. The training works by increasing the gravitational load and activating up to 98% more muscle fibers compared to classic exercise. This achieves better results in a shorter time: better muscle tone, increased strength and muscle endurance, better movement control and increased stability. It can be used as rehabilitation therapy and as a supplement to the training of top athletes.
Sports hall
The Termal spa hotel has a sports hall adapted for individual sports and recreational activities. It is equipped with tables for table tennis, badminton, five-a-side football and basketball, if necessary.
